1 /5 Mildred Akpabio-Klementowska: I arrived to find the lady on the phone she left me in the salon for 25 mins and took the call outside. Once she came back She says she’ll be done by 1 so that I could make my appointment. She rushes my eyebrows and doesn’t trim the long hairs. The Hollywood waxing experience was from hell, she went over and over each section 10-15 times, kept on applying more and more wax then started to cut the wax off me with scissors. I said I had to leave 5 times to which she applied more wax. The entire time I had tissue paper getting stuck to me and she was not actually taking any hair off and kept on taking the wax off on its own. Probably because she didn’t apply any baby powder before starting (despite it being the hottest day of the year) or trim any hair off. After an hour on the table I got fed up and asked to leave (having missed my appointment by 40 mins). I’m still covered in wax and tissue paper, have a lot of hairs left and bright red skin on top of it all (so I cat get it fixed elsewhere before my holiday tomorrow). All in all worst experience in a salon I’ve had. I’m still waiting on my promised refund for all the services.
