1 /5 Selin Karakaya: During the appointment the nail lady saw my review and she was so upset at me she shouted at me for giving them one star. Every staff member in this salon is RUDE.Imagine going to a nail salon to be shouted at and getting attitude.Then she told me they wont complete my nails. Then they decided to do my nails but after all of the arguements I couldnt sit there for 3 hours so I left. You can see how they made me leave from the salon from the pictures.Instead of asking me why my review was lor and trying to make my experience better she ruined my day and my nails... If you want to be shouted at, if you want attitude and bad customer journey please go to this nail salon. I would recommend going to Honu Nail Salon or Town House as they are much more friendly and provide better nails.

5 /5 Victoria dreyfus: The best place to get your nails done in Canary Wharf. The place is super clean, the staff is lovely. Whether you want some fun design simple nails or extension it’s the place to go they always do a super job clean and beautiful. The service is perfect I once chipped a nail and they redid without charging anything. I 100% recommend going!

They pay attention to detail, love what they do and are very lovely and sweet. I can’t wait to go there again!

5 /5 M O: I went here on a whim after being turned off by the posh nail salons inside the shopping mall. I didn’t have an appointment and I asked for an absurdly complex design because I was on vacation (from the U.S.) and they said no problem! The technician did the design from a photo I googled and she got it perfectly. Even when one of the colors turned out to not really fit, she removed it and swapped it out without a complaint. The whole shebang took only as long as a regular gel mani would—the technician was SO fast. Now it’s a week later in Madrid and not a single part of the manicure has chipped or peeled. I’m confident it will still look this amazing when I get back to the states next week! Thank you so much Beautyfini!

1 /5 W Li: I usually get my acrylics done at another salon but as my regular nail lady is currently unavailable, I decided to visit Beautyfini in the meantime. Unfortunately, this was my third visit here — and by far the worst experience Ive had. I went in for an acrylic infill and left feeling really disappointed with the lack of care in both the application and service. Despite clearly mentioning multiple times that I wanted square narrow shapes and only have the grown-out length trimmed, the result was not what I asked for...(see pictures for my regular nail shapes vs what i got in Beautyfini) Here is my experience so far : 1) All 10 nails were uneven in length and shape. 2) The new acrylic infilled gel was not properly buffed or shaped, resulting in a very thick and uneven finish. 3)The gel was applied too close to the nail bed, pushing uncomfortably onto and against the skin for multiple fingers that I had to go back and ask them to remove some gel, as it was pulling at the base/side of my nails. Even after the fix, you can still see how wide the application is compared to my natural nail bed. 4) My finger was cut during filing, as the technician filed too harshly. This isn’t an isolated issue — during my last visit, two of my toes were left bleeding due to similarly rough filing. 5) Dead skin around the nails was left untouched, which made the final look feel incomplete and rushed. 6) The atmosphere was uncomfortable — I had the feeling that the techs were talking about me among themselves in another language, which made the experience feel awkward and unwelcoming. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after multiple disappointing visits and clear signs of poor attention to detail and professionalism, I felt it was necessary to share and I won’t be returning.
