I love Christina and Venessa , they are so sweet and amazing and it’s always super professional . I feel brand new every time after I have seen them . Elham Parvizi I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for a long time, mainly because of Elham’s excellent service and her fantastic skills. However, during my visit last Wednesday on the 8th, I was extremely concerned by the unsafe conditions in the salon. Water was leaking from the ceiling near electrical fittings, which posed a serious safety risk for both customers and staff. What was even more disappointing was the lack of immediate action or concern from management on that day. The situation was handled very poorly, and customer and staff safety — should have been treated as the top priority. It was concerning that the manager did not address the issue promptly or take steps to protect everyone in the salon.I cancelled my appointment while I was worried for Elham and other members of staff who were working there.
