1 /5 Devina M: Extremely Unprofessional and Rude I had a terrible experience with this beauty studio. I contacted the lash technician for an appointment via GroupOn, and while she initially confirmed availability, she was unhelpful and rude throughout the process. She complained about how I got her number, despite using it to confirm my appointment, and failed to send me her preferred contact details after agreeing to do so. On the day of the appointment, I called her for directions as I was near the location, but she was dismissive, unhelpful, and told me to rely solely on Google Maps, even though I explained it had led me to the wrong destination. After struggling to find the place with help from kind strangers, I arrived, only to be told she couldnt do my lashes due to another client arriving in 30 minutes. She showed no consideration for my time, was cold and unwelcoming, and told me to come back another day or go somewhere else. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I would not recommend this studio to anyone looking for reliable and respectful service.

From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into a clean space that exudes relaxation. Vera is not only highly skilled, but her professionalism and attention to detail are truly exceptional. I did several treatments, from waxing to manicure, massage etc. and she always exceeded my expectations in every way. Vera took the time to understand my needs and customised the treatments to suit me perfectly. Throughout the appointment, she explained each step with care and made sure I was comfortable, which immediately put me at ease. What I love most was how knowledgeable and passionate she is about skincare and beauty. She shared some amazing tips that I’ve already incorporated into my routine, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. My skin has never felt better and the quality of products she source is outstanding. On top of the fantastic results, Vera’s warm personality made the experience even more enjoyable. She strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, making you feel like you’re in great hands always with a smile. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. 1 /5 Jagoda Caly: Traumatizing Experience - Left in Tears I booked a waxing session through ClassPass and had an absolutely awful experience that left me emotionally shaken. Ive attached a photo taken immediately after the session to show just how distressed I was — I left in tears. I was made to wait outside for 15 minutes with no apology. When I was finally let in, the provider was rude and cold. She immediately began blaming me for her scheduling issue, saying she lost a customer because of "my" appointment - something entirely out of my control. I even offered to reschedule or come later, but she refused and said she didnt have time to contact me, yet continued to make me feel guilty. During the wax, another customer walked in and saw me naked - an utter violation of my privacy. She also insulted me for my hair being "too short" and was physically aggressive throughout. It became so unbearable that I started crying and had to leave the appointment midway, still with wax on me, just to escape the humiliation. Ive never been treated with such cruelty during a beauty treatment. This was traumatic and completely unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious and hope ClassPass investigates this provider immediately.

4 /5 Emma Campbell: I was really happy with my gel removal, normally some nail salons leave your nails looking worse than before you put polish or gel on. Vera aims to use high quality products which is much appreciated. Be sure to ring the number when you get to the building/gate in question.
