5 /5 Jane Hale: I received a wonderful service; I was given a good overview of the treatment and things to consider. I was glad to have a consultation that tailored the service to my needs and the therapist made sure to check how I was during the treatment. I was given a range of options for a treatment plan with insights into the pros and cons of each option. The venue itself was clean, well presented and comfortable both in rendition and the treatment time.

1 /5 G J: Hopeless. Misshapen nails each a different shape, skin left under the nails, uneven/bumpy gel coating. Very cold WC. No waiting room. Was offered a drink then told I cannot have tea as there’s no front of house. Advertisements of services on the outside which are apparently no longer offered. No lighting/lamp used during the service, literally natural light from the window. Very limited choice of colour. I am not certain why so many good reviews but I guess very much depends on the standard you’re used to. I suggest reviewing the idea of asking for tips if this is the level of service offered.
