1 /5 Didem Demircan: I had my lashes done here on 30th August by Arooj, and it was honestly a terrible experience. As soon as I got up from the chair, lashes were already falling off. I pointed this out to her, and she told me to let her know if I had any issues and she would fix them. She also mentioned my right eye was watery, which she claimed could be the reason the lashes didn’t stick properly – but the real reason my eye was watering was because the glue was stinging and painful, almost as if it was getting into my eye.
Since it was my first time getting lash extensions, I didn’t know what was normal, but by the end of that same day I had already lost so many lashes that I woke up with half of them on my pillow. By the third day, I had no lashes left at all on both eyes,meaning the whole appointment was a complete waste of money.
I messaged her the next day (31st August) with photos, but even after almost two months I have still received no reply. Extremely disappointing service – poor quality application, painful process, and no aftercare or communication whatsoever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
