1 /5 Sonila Sono: Poor hygiene standards — the waxing bed was visibly dirty with hair from previous clients, which is completely unacceptable. The staff did not use gloves during the waxing session, raising serious hygiene concerns. The waxing itself was poorly done — large patches of hair were left on my legs, and I had to repeatedly ask the therapist to remove missed areas. Overall, I left feeling uncomfortable and unsatisfied. I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

1 /5 Mk65: Sadly I cant recommend this salon Used a Groupon voucher for full leg and underarm waxing , easy to redeem and book, friendly staff. Unfortunately thats where the positives end. I paid extra for some facial waxing...Expensive. When I got home I noticed that my legs and armpits had a lot of patches that hadnt been waxed. There were missed areas on the face too. I contacted the salon and returned to have the problem rectified however I was still left with missed bits. I had another small treatment which I was charged for, maybe it should have been discounted or free as a goodwill gesture! Sadly Ive still got patches of hair that were missed. Ended up very expensive as had to make 2 trips and still need to rectify myself. To the owner, thanks for your response. I have had my legs waxed many times, they have not been shaved recently, I have NEVER had patches left.
