Not only do they do a wonderful job, but the team are so kinda and friendly that I always have a nice time. Recently Emma even salvaged a piercing I thought Id lost and absolutely made my week. Cant recommend enough.

5 /5 Claire Long: Holiday ready!! Booked in for nails and spray tan with the lovely Emma just in time for going away. As always, nails are perfect and always last at least three weeks. First time for having a spray tan and looks pretty good so far. All the girls are lovely and so welcoming, see you when I’m back!

5 /5 Neeleema Seetaloo: Update: They invited me back in to rectify the issue and now my nails look how I imagined them to look after a manicure and I love it! I really appreciated the customer care and feel valued as a customer. Previous: I went for a BioSculpure manicure plus IBX treatment for £53. The people and atmosphere were nice, and the tidying of the nails & cuticles was great from the first nail tech, but the nail polish part was very bad. As you can see from the picture, she left huge gaps unpolished on the side of the nails. I think it’s because they weren’t focused because another client had arrived and they wanted to take care of them but that resulted in my nail polish looking quite poor and I really want to take them off now, looks like such a poor job sadly.

2 /5 Sadie: I was excited to get my nails done ready for holiday as I am only able to get them on special occasions. I had pre-booked bio sculpt and on the day asked if these could be French tips and was charged more without being told of a price change. The lady who done my nails was lovely however, I couldn’t help but feel she hadn’t had much of a break that day and was dealing with three other clients at the same time which meant she didn’t focus on my nails as much. You can see from the pictures that the tips are wonky and they had already peeled from the bottom within a week. This has never happened anywhere else before and I wouldn’t go back again.
