5 /5 Samiha Shimla: I visited Beauty by Sahrash today for a Hydrating facial appointment. I arrived quite early and as they had capacity, they offered to get me started earlier than my appointment time. Therefore, my wait time was shorter which I was very pleased with. The beautician who did my facial was very capable. She did my facial really well and I was happy with the products they used. I was happy with how my skin turned out after the facial was complete. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The interior is neat and clean. The price of the treatments were also reasonable. The location is also great. Overall, I had a great experience and I will be visiting again.

She was very friendly, kind, and professional, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The location is perfect, and her salon is so aesthetically pleasing and clean. 5 /5 Marley Push: I absolutely love this nail salon! Its my go-to place for all my nail needs, and my entire family now comes here too. I always leave feeling happy and pampered. One of the biggest advantages is that they offer both appointments and walk-ins, which is incredibly convenient. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, creating a really relaxing atmosphere. They also have a wide range of services available, and Im always excited to try something new. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great experience!

1 /5 parwana hazareh: I booked a full pedicure via Groupon, but to my surprise, when I arrived Sara asked for an extra £20 just to do a basic pedicure with foot scrubbing. I agreed, as I’m 32 weeks pregnant and really needed it. The appointment started at 11:30am, but the foot scrubbing was minimal and poorly done. I asked for regular polish — the cleaning and painting of my toes were rushed and finished in about 15 minutes, with barely any effort. Her tools were not at a professional standard, she used a single at-home type electric file to clean the cuticles, something you can buy yourself at home and do it yourself. She didn’t cure the polish at all, just used a small fan to dry it. I ended up sitting for almost two hours, very uncomfortable, waiting for the polish to dry. I left around 1:20pm and the varnish still smudged immediately after leaving. When I returned to fix it, she just wiped it with remover and painted over it again. Then I had to sit for another 30 minutes for the paint to dry under the cheap fan! I also asked why she didn’t cure the polish like other salons in Southampton, and she laughed it off. I paid £30.50 for a poor-quality pedicure, wasted my morning, and left with smudged nails and back pain. I’ve since messaged her, but she hasn’t responded. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The whole service took from 11:30am to around 2:30pm, thats nearly 3 hrs and look at the poor results!! Now I have to go to another salon to get it all fixed, and get my feet scrubbed again, which will cost me another £30+!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON, if you dont want to waste your money, time, and physical/mental well being! Reply to Sara’s message to me: Thanks for your reply Sara. Please note that Sara’s comments are misleading. I did not receive a free service — I paid her an additional £20 on top of my Groupon voucher which she was happy to take from me, which clearly means she was paid for the pedicure. I also saved you the time and effort of doing gel polish, which I now realise would likely have been an even worse experience. For clarity, standard nail varnish does not take “hours” to dry. With proper application, one or two coats typically dry within 20–30 minutes. The fact that it took nearly two hours — and still smudged as soon as I left — shows the quality of the service was very poor. It also shows that Sara is happy for a customer to leave with botched up nails and call it good business. No one attempted to “blackmail” her. I contacted her privately first to give her a chance to resolve the issue professionally before leaving my honest review. Unfortunately, she chose not to respond. Her reply here only confirms the unprofessional attitude I experienced in person.
