maddie lee jones fleming Honestly I have never been so dissatisfied with my nails and I wish I just went somewhere else the lady that done my nails was not only very aggressive as I had told her it hurts and she still carried on I had asked for french tip and this is what I received she then tried asking my 11 year old brother to go and buy her tissue from a shop that was across the main road and then got told that they don’t do refunds so there was nothing they could do about my nails after I had said that they were not what I wanted and I had to pay first otherwise I would have not paid for something so bad

I have been getting both my hands and feet done here since I moved to SE London in January and each time I have always been impressed with the quality and service! I always go for gels and try to come prepared with colours, they are very good at finding exactly what you want to what they have (which is a lot) they do there very best to fit everyone in, and so kind! I am about to have a baby and they always took care of me and even got my baby a little gift. I have been in there a few times and witnessed how rude some people can be to them, and also some reviews regarding being kept waiting - just like us they are human beings and working very hard.
