Robin Bass From start to finish my experience on my wedding day with Penny was fantastic! We had to change our date multiple times due to Covid and venue renovations but I contacted Penny straight away and luckily she was able to move my booking. I went for a taster session and it was a great experience, its the first time I had had professional make up and hair so I was a little unsure what I wanted, but Pennys expertise kicked in and I managed to decide quickly based on her advice. Penny understood what I was looking for and asked about my lifestyle too which I liked as she advised me how to look after my skin and hair in the lead up to the big day. Penny was always there with prompt email reply to any questions I had, I knew I wasnt the only bride, far from it, but it didnt feel like that! On the day, Penny arrived on time and set to work. She was a great person to have around on the morning of the wedding, calm, experienced and always happy to lend advice. I had 4 bridesmaids with completely different lengths of hair and tastes, but she made the looks work for each of them! Penny took everything in her stride and the timing she advised was perfect! I loved that she was able to do my bridal hair and make up, my bridesmaids and my mums makeup! it really helped having one artist complete the looks! I am sad to say Penny burnt her hand whilst doing my hair, after I reached for a drink, but again, she honestly went above and beyond to finish my hair, in what I am sure was a lot of pain! I would recommend Penny 10000% for all your beauty needs and wedding day! Penny made me feel the absolute best version on myself ! Thank you, forever grateful Hannah Bass

Ceili O’Donnell I booked in for laser as a self-conscious new mum, and Mashal has made this whole journey so easy! From the very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. She greeted me with the warmest smile and such a calming presence. The clinic itself is immaculately clean and professional, yet has a homely feel that instantly put me at ease. During the consultation, no stone was left unturned – she explained everything in detail, fine-tuned her machine, and really took the time to ensure I felt confident moving forward. Fast forward a few weeks to my first full-body session today, and I can honestly say Mashal worked her magic again. The treatment was surprisingly comfortable — in fact, it was painless in many areas, and I even slept through most of it! Depending on the area you can feel something happening, but it was never more than I could manage. From start to finish, she was polite, professional, and made me feel more comfortable than I have in a long time. She offers something rare – a true hub of safety and a little place of solace. I’m so grateful to have found her. ✨

Alba Torralbo Bengochea Miyuki is amazing, profesional and friendly. Her salon is just beautiful and realaxing place to have a beauty tratment. I will definitely comeback to do my manicure there and try more of her tratment that she offered.

Romain TeaTime Truly the best salon in BTN&HV. I’ve been through 4-5 of them and I won’t change anymore since this one is so welcoming and nice. Staff is incredible, all of them, and Ed the big boss is amazingly experienced and his advices are golden. From a simple cut to a full bleach and toner, he knows his job and can do many things. He knows your hair as soon as you enter the saloon.
