Delfina Fuentes Vernazza I don’t think I’ve ever been to a nail salon where I felt so at ease or walked out feeling this happy. The space is beautiful and totally worth it, but what truly makes the difference is the incredible team behind it, they make you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in. I had my appointment with Elda, and I loved every single second. She made me feel instantly comfortable, kept checking in with me throughout, and made sure I was enjoying the whole experience. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and I LOVE the results. Beyond being super talented, she’s full of warmth and positivity that’s honestly contagious. I’ll absolutely be coming back to her, she made the whole experience unforgettable. I can’t imagine doing my nails with anyone else. She’s the best!!! Thank you so much

Derek P Excellent service and customer care. I visited the salon with my wife, as Ive got older it is more difficult the look after my toenails. The Lagoon therapist was kind and highly skilled, taking great care to ensure my nails were filed correctly to avoid any problems with ingrowing toenails. Thank you to the therapist for your assistance. My wife was also impressed with her treatments, a shellac manicure, pedicure and relaxing facial. A picture of her nails is attached. Thanks Lagoon, we will be back for future treatments.

dina koronaki I absolutely love this salon! Everyone here is so talented, kind, and professional. No matter how detailed or tricky the design I ask for, they always make it look amazing — true artists! I should add that I do acrylic extensions - not everyone can manage this but they do! Thank you for always making my nails perfect!

Arianna Siracusano Sara was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which made my mom feel comfortable from the beginning. She booked her Potenza appointments with Sara and traveled all the way from Ealing just to see her. My mom is very scared of needles, and we weren’t even sure she would be able to go through with all the appointments. Sara was so patient and reassuring, and she really put her at ease. Thanks to her calm and caring approach. Her skin has improved so much, even better than she expected. She couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, as she’s not familiar with how reviews work and asked me to do it for her. We just want to say a big thank you, my mom is very happy and we can see such a big difference.

Cari I had an great experience with Ras. She made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed from the moment I arrived. She’s incredibly relatable, easy to talk to, and very professional. She explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’m genuinely looking forward to my treatments with her. Highly recommend!
