Jamie Gladish This gym is perfect if you want to train in peace. It has 24hr access and a a lot of equipment & facilities like on site barbers and a thai massage parlour. There are also HIIT circuit classes a few times a week which are great for all round fitness. These are just some of the things Ive used. Some great PT staff work here also on hand to help where needed. A great community for all

Marqus Hinze The home of Muay Thai in Milton Keynes ! The best coach with the most experience in surrounding areas. His sessions are for both beginner and advanced students. I’ve been going for 1 year and learn new skills and my Muay Thai level increases every session. He brings a traditional style of Muay Thai that you can’t find anywhere else in MK . The best place to learn and train Muay Thai for sure
