Sian Lewis One Element is something very special. I’ve been a member for nearly ten years and am so glad I joined. I have made wonderful friends through One Element and that supportive friendly community makes turning up to training sessions so much more fun. Tom and the trainers provide so much motivation - helping me make it onto the common even in the rain and snow! It’s a great fitness group for all ages and fitness levels.

Ellen Belém Jetts is the best gym in the Colliers Wood area; always clean, well-equipped, and with a friendly atmosphere. The equipment is modern and always well-maintained, and I love that its never too crowded, even during peak hours. A special shout-out to Lucas, who is an absolute star! Hes always approachable, full of positive energy, and genuinely cares about the members. Hes always there offering helpful tips, answering questions, or just giving you that extra motivation. His friendly attitude make a huge difference and help create a great feel at the gym. Highly recommend it to anyone!
