5 /5 Kalikidan Assefa: Amazing !!! My favorite place everytime I’m in London. I get stiletto French which really shows a nail techs skills although so simple but I’m never not satisfied here the shape is perfect and the French is perfect! They care about making it look good and it shows so much and time wise it’s quite convenient. I don’t even mind who does my nails all of them are lovely. My retention is insane too my last set lasted over a month no lifting and when I got them removed my nails were still the healthiest gel could have them. Worth that extra price you pay

1 /5 Whitney Fangawa: Had a disappointing experience at this nail salon. I travelled 50mins hoping to have a finished result I would be happy with. Whilst the nail tech wasnt bad the application of the nails was poor and I had to remind her minutes later to clean excess glue and varnish on my fingers. The main issue is that the nail extensions at the tip is too thick and bulky and my actual nail is protruding through at the top. At the end of nail appointment I mentioned that my nail was protruding but I was told this was because my nails were not cut or filed down prior to the appointment. This should have been explained before the appointment. I had the nails done on 7 April, called on the 8 April wanting to request the nails to be taken off and re-applied by another nail artist. I followed up with an email the same day but havent had a response. This is really disappointing service to have experienced especially as I wanted to treat myself to beautiful nails but this is not what I recieved.

You can tell they really care about delivering a high-quality service and making sure you feel comfortable and pampered. I highly recommend it!

She executes every nail design I come with (even better actually), is always polite and we have the best chats. It’s so nice to find professionals that offer services with a smile and care.
