stephanie chon I absolutely love their classes! After my trial session, I signed up for a membership right away, and I’m even considering upgrading to a plan with more classes each month. The instructors are fantastic—Jacquie, for example, is so professional and kind. Her class was one of the best I’ve ever taken, and she really focuses on correcting form so we get the most out of each workout. Cloud’s Bounce and Burn class is also a blast! Highly recommend!

Elin I couldn’t recommend Blitz enough. I found the gym 1.5 years ago after feeling a bit lost after quitting my team sport and simply not enjoying the gym. I had always struggled with a knee injury, but with the guidance of the coaches, I’ve been able to do certain exercises for the first time ever. Not only are all the coaches amazing and extremely knowledgeable, but the community is truly one of a kind. Whether you’re starting to exercise for the first time or picking up where you left off, it’s a great fit for anyone since all exercises can be scaled to suit your needs. I also recommend it to those new to the area as it’s a great way to meet people.

K J One of my favourite gyms in the world! The facilities are great and staff are world class. I lost my Aura ring. They found it the next day. Same happened to a lady with her wedding ring. Very rare for london. I also was using a private area for changing as had an issue with this at another high end gym (lack of privacy and some inappropriate stuff in bathrooms). My last gym just locked the private area and stopped letting me use it. Whereas this virgin did the opposite! So brilliant. Instead of going against the customers needs they saw what I needed and actually have now turned this area into a private changing room! So happy. Will refer others here definitely.

Craig Taylor The member of staff called Mark could not have been more helpful, polite and generous with his time. My son is my buddy and we couldn’t establish the code due to his phone and emails downloading. Mark was patient, let him in and we resolved the issue. Mark also helped us at the end and my son is having a 1st PT session with him this Thursday. I am not easily impressed by service staff these days and I hope this is fed back to Mark. The gym was clean and all equipment working well and very extensive. We will be back very soon! Thankyou.
