5 /5 Maryam Dilmi: I have been coming here for the past few years for their waxing service and all I can say is I can’t go anywhere else. The service is excellent the place is clean and aesthetic, amazing staff- James who is usually front of house is super supportive and lovely. Shani who is my therapist is amazing and very attentive to details, I’m very particular with my therapist and this place has some of the best. There used to be a previous therapist who was just as good also. Anyway this place is definitely a good spot!

Diana was amazing, made me feel really at ease, and listened to the things that had been bothering me (migraines and neck pain) and took time to focus on those areas. I left feeling so relaxed. The spa is lovely, the rooms have a nice calm atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

Daiva was recommended by a close friend, who praised her gentle and respectful manners. She welcomed me with a warm smile and created a safe, comfortable and reassuring environment, which is essential to me. Daiva was professional, delicate with a great attention to details. I would highly recommend her and book her again for my next visit

5 /5 Freddie Abrahams: One of the most effective massages I have had in my life! I had been suffering from an excruciatingly painful spasm in what felt like my trapesius/ neck / upper back area for two days before deciding a massage was perhaps the only thing that could alleviate my discomfort. I booked in for a 30 minute back, neck and shoulders with Ivan at short notice. I explained my issue to him and from the first moments of the massage I could tell he knew exactly how to tackle such tension. I left feeling better but not cured by any means…but confident that overnight the magic unlocking of muscles would take place and low and behold, as I write this, less than 24 hours after the original massage I am a new man! I felt compelled to write this review and sing Ivan’s praises! 10/10 …UPDATE: 15/10/25 - I returned to Artisa for another massage but this time with a different practitioner. Another 10/10 experience - this time with Artisa who treated my sciatica brilliantly. Low and behold a couple of days later I felt like a new man! UPDATE: 03/12/25 - upon the recommendation of the owner I had a deep tissue massage with Dimitra. It was the first time in the hundreds of massages I’ve had in my life where I asked for solely the focus to be on my legs, specifically releasing the huge amount of tension that has built up over the months of my endurance training this year. The massage was a true 10/10 - it was like Dimitra has a map in front of her detailing my problem areas. She identified and addressed knot upon knot and the feeling of release by the end of the treatment was unbelievable.

5 /5 Kalmar Adrienn: I had a full body wax with Shani, she was amazing, she takes phenomenal care of her clients, super professional! I was extra nervous as this was my second waxing ever and I had not the best experience with the previous salon, but Shani made me forget everything I knew about waxing and set up new standards and expectations! I left the shop smoother that a baby’s bottom and with a smile on my face! Extra credit that full body means actually full body from head to toe, no spots missed!! I had an excellent experience with this salon and Shani!! Thank you again, definitely I will be one of your regular clients!
