5 /5 Rachel Marchant: Mary is a fabulous Pilates teacher. I always love my Pilates class even if I don’t really feel like doing it when I arrive. Mary is so supportive and encouraging when you feel you can’t do something. She provides a really safe space in her lessons where you can give things a try. Mary is continuously developing her skills and knowledge as a Pilates teacher too so we get to try new and different things. Her lessons are great because we build on what we have learnt already and are continuously improving. I feel so much stronger and am able to do much more than when I first started. I highly recommend Mary’s classes for people of all levels.

She modulates the different blocks to cover different elements of Pilates, keeping up to date with latest techniques, while maintaining the traditional moves & has a huge amount of knowledge - very caring & individual approach, small class sizes & we have fun too!

Over the last 10 years I have have had various muscular skeletal issue and Mary has helped me to restore my posture and maintain better flexibility. I originally had terrible back and joint pain as well as inward rolling feet. These issues are now well under control.
I recommend Ardent Pilates to anyone looking for improvements in physical and mental health. On top of that it’s a great bunch of people and it’s fun!
Niamh Ivan has a great training programme for all abilities, and even amended the exercises while I was recovering from an injury so I could still carry on (no excuses!). It defiantly pushes you to your limits, but everyone is so encouraging which creates a positive atmosphere that makes you want to come back and torture yourself again for the next session! I’d encourage anyone to join if you’re looking to improve your overall fitness and strength.
Rita vara Excellent PT gym with a highly motivating instructor. Fantastic availability and great sessions that are fun! Accommodates any level of fitness. We especially enjoy the boxing element! A real family feel.
