Apollo Fitness Studio - (Near Berkshire, UK)

Ravi Ku I’m very happy with this gym and my overall experience here. The equipment is modern, the gym is well managed, and everything is generally very clean. What really stands out is the staff — the trainers are approachable and genuinely helpful, not pretending to help like I’ve experienced at other gyms. That makes a huge difference. A special shout-out to Ben — he consistently goes above and beyond. He’s great with technique, always takes the time to explain things properly, and keeps workouts motivating. His positive energy really improves the experience. Maddie - Thanks for setting up the account for me. Just a couple of small suggestions for improvement: The men’s changing room can often stay quite wet, so keeping the floor drier throughout the day would be great. While I know staff constantly try to keep it dry but it needs some attention While there is already a full body-measurement machine, adding a simple digital weight-only scale would make quick progress check-ins easier. Overall, this is a fantastic gym with a supportive team. Highly recommended!

Abe Melbs One of the best leisure centers Ive been to! Staff are nice and friendly and gladly greet me on entry. Changing rooms are perfect with available lockers at all times, even a toilet inside the changing room! Now i can avoid having to walk out to the nearest loo! The gym is small but perfect to anyones needs especially mine. The free weight area has all equipment i need and more. The only bad thing i have to say, is that some people leave their weights out which i imagine can be annoying for some staff. The toilets are kept clean and tidy which is nice. Overall I have had a happy experience in the 7 years Ive been here. :)

Go Ibby This is probably the best park for kids and adults in maidenhead with lots of facilities which are not usually found comparatively. There is a rugby pitch, 7 aside artificial pitches , a gym in the rugby club as well as a sport for disabled centre. There is also a free for all athletics track although could do with a bit of tidy up it is free to use. There is also an outdoor gym with manual machines such as skiers and treadmills and a children playarea. On the whole this is a very good park to visit and become active member of and mostly free with parking nearby if you’re a member or next to Toby Carvery.Thank you for reading my review and please like if you found it helpful!

Joanne James Zoe is an excellent teacher. She tailors the sessions to suit all abilities & age groups & explains the moves brilliantly. Personally as someone who is over 60 I would welcome the opportunity to attend classes that target people in my age group with specific needs like aching joints & arthritis. X

Valentina This yoga studio is pure magic. The atmosphere here is unlike anywhere else — warm, calming, and full of the highest vibrations of energy. Every time I walk in, I feel an instant sense of peace and connection. It’s truly my favorite place to recharge, realign, and just be. The energy in the room is something you have to experience for yourself — it lifts you up and wraps you in serenity. I’m grateful beyond words for this beautiful place!

Miss Ty A nice and family orientated centre. Gym, swimming centre, play area, party centres, cafe, basket ball centre and plenty of free parking outside. Charging car ports, disabled pays, mother and parent parking too. The place is totally revamped. The users need to do those bit with regards to keeping the premises tidy by being respectful, if it’s too last. Staff are polite and welcoming.
