Nicola Brandon I have been coming to Pilates Sheen for about 4 years now and I love the studio and all the instructors I have had are excellent. I have been having Pilates reformer classes with Nicole since the beginning of September- she is a great teacher who takes time to listen at the beginning of each class to any problems I have with my body and adapts the exercises when necessary. She will adjust my body positions during the routines and always ask how I feel. At the end of class my body feels well worked and well stretched and my mind is calmer!

Jessica Haines-Henderson The best workout in London!! A full-on, hour-long class where you are coached by professional trainers and work through a circuit of pads, skipping, weights and bags. The trainers are super friendly and fun and the environment is welcoming and non-judgemental. Everyone gets stuck in and all levels are welcome. I couldnt recommend this boxing gym any more highly!!

Howard Rechavia Taylor Ive tried personal training sessions before and always felt like it wasnt worth it- especially as trainers never seem to pay attention to possible injuries and to my individual needs. That is, until Mal! I trained with Mal for about 2 months in a group and honestly have never felt better- I have more energy than ever before and feel much stronger. Normally weight training gives me back and neck pain too, but not after Mals sessions. He is so careful and made it practically impossible to have an injury even while become significantly stronger. Moreover, he is good fun to be around. Cant recommend in motion more!
