Lisa James I joined the HME class 6 months ago and I am loving it ! I’m already feeling the benefits both mentally and physically, my legs feel stronger, I have better posture and balance. Mat is a dedicated and patient instructor, he breaks down and explains the practical and technical aspects of Tai Chi in ways that are easy to understand. Each week the sessions are focussed,engaging and fun at the same time. Mat has a real commitment to supporting his students individually on their journey through feedback and correction of posture and form. I recommend anyone thinking about trying Tai Chi to come along. When I joined I was made to feel so welcome, it’s a great place to be.

TheCalmingCorner I have just completed a week’s training with Tracey, she is an amazing teacher and fantastic facilitator. Everything about her instills trust and safety. A place to be held. I thoroughly enjoyed completing the Sound Healing School UK Diploma, and had an amazing time meeting new like minded people and learning so much and new skills. The start of a new journey for myself, and I am now feeling fully equipped to walk the path that lays ahead. Apart from delivering the Sound Healing School UK diploma, Tracey is a brilliant Yoga teacher, and has a wealth of knowledge in all that she shares. Warmest regards Angie

Hayley Orchard Amazing gym my oldest daughter has been going a year and a half and her two sisters started this year.. all the staff are so friendly and welcoming! The trainers are extremely hard working and go above and beyond to put my girls at ease. They are very patient and always take the time to go over things until the girls understand and get the technique right.. its given them so much confidence and they absolutely love going to their classes.. Id highly recommend Nemesis I wouldnt send my children anywhere else..

Andy Hammond Paid for a membership in 2023, and the offer was £12.99 a month for a year. I’ve seen more of this gym on google maps than an actual building! Puregym have not responded to my emails, so hopefully they respond here….. Is this Sidcup puregym ever opening? If not please send over my refund.

Sophia Jackson Lovely lady called Lianda who works here helped me and my friend with swimming lessons for our kids, she understood we would like them to be in the same class as they both are very shy and being together would encourage one another. Lianda was a super star even with being very booked up she managed to sort this out for us both. happy kids and happy parents. Definitely recommend this member of stuff she is so polite and easy to talk to.
