She took the time to do a thorough patch test to make sure everything would be safe for me, and during the consultation, she really listened to what I wanted. She made sure she understood exactly what kind of look I wanted to achieve, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process.
Anna was so careful with the bleach, making sure it didn’t touch my scalp, and even used a toner after the bleach to ensure the results were perfect. It’s clear that she’s not only knowledgeable, but also genuinely cares about her clients’ hair health. The best part? My hair didn’t feel damaged at all! She uses amazing products that nourish and protect the hair, and you can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing.
The atmosphere in the salon was so welcoming and warm, I felt like I was at home. It’s such a refreshing experience to be in the hands of someone who is not only a skilled professional but also so kind and thoughtful.
