1 /5 Izabela Broda: Ive visited this salon a few times before and I used to always come out very happy with the results of my treatments (nails, hair, eyebrow shape). Until recently! Ive booked an ombre + haircut with Emma who was really lovely and we kept chatting throughout the whole treatment. Sadly Emma lacks basic hairdressing skills and completely ruined my hair... instead of nice ombre I received very badly done highlights of the wrong yellow shade of blond, with thick stripes and very distinct transition lines. The cut wasnt good either, no layering or thinning out the ends - just very basic scissors cut that was not very even. When I rang the salon to complain the salon offered free correction but I completely lost faith in this salon and decided to re-do my hair somewhere else.. better pay twice then risk messing my hair up even more. Dont think I will be coming back to this salon any time soon.. the whole experience has really put me off.
