Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate all feedback positive or negative. Despite you having responded to my review without denying any of the below, I feel you are being very bitter towards me which is very unprofessional and reflects badly on your business. Even though I am a cash paying customer, I should be treated exactly the same as your revenue customers. Of course you have my address, like I have yours. Yes I am from the west of Ireland, but as you are very aware of from multiple masses for my grandparents that we meet at every year, my grandparents RIP are from Summerhill Co Meath. I’m afraid there are actually no guards in Shrule, so you might want to contact the next village down. Feel free to reach out if you would like their number, or it might be more time efficient for you to dial 999.

I have to say I am so disappointed with my recent appointment. As a loyal cash paying customer I expected a little bit better. I got to Sarah’s husbands house at the agreed time. There was nobody in. Soon after, an elderly woman arrived and was very hostile towards me. I actually later discovered this was actually her mother in law. After numerous texts back and forth and a 40 minute wait, Sarah arrived. At this stage, I was just happy to be getting my nails done as I had a friends wedding coming up. We were talking about Sarah’s wedding and flicking through photos (this is where I learnt about her mother in law). I pointed out a photo where I recognised her mother in law. I really liked her nails in the photo. I asked Sarah to do them nails for me. The answer I got was “I’ll try”. I was then told that she didn’t have the exact colour as her mother in law got her nails done elsewhere. This was an instant red flag! Anyways, we continued on with the appointment and it just went from bad to worse. The following day when I messaged Sarah explaining how I wasn’t happy with my nails (uneven shape and length), I got a response telling me it would be all sorted and she was stressed out and distracted over recent IVF treatments. I didn’t want to do this but too much time has passed with no response or resolution from Sarah. I would highly recommend going to the salon over being a cash paying customer at her husbands house, at least that way you know you are going to get quality and high standards.
