Noha I had a wonderful experience at this nail salon. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Giang, who kindly made sure I was paired with a female nail technician as I requested, which really showed their respect and care for my religious beliefs. My pedicure was done by Anna, and she was absolutely lovely. She took her time with the massage and mask, made sure all the dry skin was properly removed, and kept checking in to ensure the water and hot stones were never too hot. She even made sure my massage chair was set comfortably. Giang also offered refreshments and surprised us with complimentary hand creams, which was such a thoughtful touch. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I booked for back facial and a pamper package consisting of a 90min Full Body Swedish Massage and a Deep Clense Facial Massage 10/10 She first started with the massage, I usually prefer deep tissue massages, but I am glad it was a Swedish. She puts a good amount of pressure( I am not sure I could have handled more, lol), and she is incredibly thorough! She hunted down all the knots, and she is seriously skilled with her techniques. It was one of the best massages I have ever had in my life, which really surpassed my expectations! Facials 10/10 First time I had a facial, so I wasnt sure what to expect. The whole procedure is very thorough, very meticulously done, with several steps, and the results are great! I must admit the extraction was a bit painful on my nose, but it was so worth it. I cant believe how much cleaner my nose looks now! On my back, it was rather enjoyable, and she gave the same amount of attention and care! Overall, the quality of her services is absolutely impressive. I live rather far from her spa, but I will definitely be returning as I had a great experience, and I value true quality. Nothing felt rushed. Also, she is friendly and has a great smile that makes you feel instantly welcomed. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jae!

Gillian Greenidge-Alexander I visited this hair salon today, and showed Rachel the style that I wanted my hair braided in, and she did not disappoint. After washing and blow drying my hair, which I had also asked her to do. She proceeded to braid my hair. She was polite, friendly and humble. Her work is very neat and tidy. And her prices are excellent for what you get. I was looking for someone to braid my hair, and came across her salon online. Id looked at a few salons on that day, but something drew me to Rachels. And im so glad that I chose her salon, I was not disappointed and will definitely be returning to get my hair done again.

Maria Carolina Neves I had originally booked my appointment for 4pm but ended up walking in around 2pm. Even though I was early, the team were really nice and let me wait, and they managed to see me at 2:50pm. I didn’t wait long and was seen by a lovely blonde clinician (sorry, I can’t remember her name!). As soon as I walked in, she made me feel comfortable — super friendly and polite. I told her about my previous treatment, and when I said I was there for anti-wrinkle, she explained the new subscription option, which actually sounds ideal for me. She went through my form and explained everything she was going to do, step by step. The whole experience was great! Smooth, quick, painless, and very clean. Honestly, I think you’re the best clinic in London. Thank you for the amazing service. 5 stars from me!

Sabrina Dorothy is very professional and does her work to a high standard. She is the only person I go to get my hair done. She always gives me advice and is the only person that I trust. I would not go anywhere else.
