Tara Ilsley I visited The Beauty Residence last night and was genuinely impressed from start to finish. Sarah is exceptionally welcoming, warm and easy to talk to, she immediately put me at ease and we shared plenty of laughs throughout the appointment. Her professionalism is matched by her extensive knowledge and she explains everything thoroughly and clearly knows her craft inside out. I had lip blush and PMU brows done, and the results exceeded my expectations. Sarah also provided helpful advice regarding tattoos and even removed a skin tag for me with complete confidence and care. Every treatment was carried out with precision, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Sarah’s expertise, attention to detail, and friendly approach make her stand out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for high-quality treatments delivered by someone who truly knows what they’re doing.

Hannah Matthews This is my home from home, where i get a few minutes to myself for waxing, massage, nails or facial. the girls are fabulous, and I love the cottage homely feel in the spa, I moved house and still travel to come here every few weeks and well its just brilliant, I can park outside and the treatments are so reasonable on price thoroughly recommended.

S Walters I initially wrote a good review because the mistakes made were "corrected" however Ive not had my nails done before and wasnt aware what was good and bad. First of all a man did my nails, he over filed 2 of the nails and didnt cut my nails short enough so i could still see them under the set, not only that but the colour didnt fully cover the nails on more than 3 of the nails. The over filing was corrected the next day and re painted much much better however i can still see my natural nails underneath and 2 fingers and my thumb that was over filed feel very tender as if my nails are digging into the skin. Its a shame as the people are lovely and welcoming but I dont think I will get my nails done again after this experience.

Lauren Spires Erin is always so kind and welcoming I go to her every 2 weeks for my lashes and she always does a superb job and recommend her to anyone!

Ruby Travis Ive just come to the end of a course of 12 sessions (roughly one session every four weeks) of laser hair removal on my facial hair with Loredana. Ive had great results with her and my facial hair is mostly gone! Ive been to many laser hair removal clinics over the years and SLS is by far the best experience Ive had in terms of service and results. The staff are always super friendly and efficient and I appreciate Loredana talking me through the treatment, how it works, the different kind of lasers they use and how to take better care of my skin too! The packages they offer make the treatment really affordable and youre getting well looked after! I recommend SLS to anyone considering getting laser hair removal and Im going to continue treatment on other areas now that my facial hair has improved so much!

Jessica Watson I love coming to this salon. Cat and Lucy are lovely people. I usually go to cat for 2 weekly gel over lays for both feet and hands which always looks great, to brilliant quality. She also does nail art! Which looks so cute. She will always fit you in if she can. I also get eye brow definition done and my brows looks fantastic every month! This is with tint shape and tidy! The lvls for my lashes which cat does last around 2 months and she always does a brilliant job of them I just can’t stay away. The salon building itself is a quirky building which is very comfortable ! The prices as well are extremely reasonable compared to other places and they look after their customers well offering discount offers and loyalty cards. At Christmas they even brought their clients a little gift. I would 110% recommend these lovely ladies and their fantastic business! Look on their Instagram at the photos!
