1 /5 Maria Fonseca: Attended for repair after having biab infill 12 days ago. The nails had broken and was told that maybe I needed a thicker layer. Asked for repair only. Asked for help matching the colour and was told she didn’t know because she sees hundreds of people a day. I found the matching colour. Repaired the nails and told me to put them under the UV LED lamp, I complained that was too hot and she said that’s Biab. A real shame as all the other professionals in that shop were really nice and warned their customers that they might feel peaks of heat and to remove their hands to cool down.
After reading the reply to this review, I would like to clarify a few points.
First, I did not request thinner BIAB as I wasn’t asked on either times I used AA Nails.
Secondly, surely you should always make people aware of the heat spikes, as all the other technicians in the shop were doing.
Thirdly, I understand not being able to match it, but I was already trying to match the colour, a glance would suffice.
Just to clarify, the first time I went to the shop, I was very happy with the way I was treated.
This last time the customer service was poor. I would suggest, you also speak to your staff before replying, as your response is not accurate, not a technical level or communication.
