Sam Richards I can highly recommend Springfit if you are looking for Trampolining or Gymnastics classes for you child. All the coaches and assistants are super friendly and have been fantastic in supporting my son. I like the fact that classes are structured, encouraging correct technique whilst keeping it fun without any pressure. Children progress at their own pace, on a variety of gymnastic equipment and there are achievement levels to work towards, rewarded with a badge and certificate which is a proud moment for them!

Lyndsey Graham This class has been brilliant, the teacher really allows you to adapt things to a level you’re comfortable with whilst also challenging you to push yourself more. All the exercises can be changed depending on your individual abilities which is really rare to find in a class environment. The class itself is super friendly and informal and allows you to feel comfortable as a beginner and I love how each exercise is explained in detail as to the benefits it will have on you – it’s amazing how such a small movement can be so challenging! The teacher starts each class asking how you’re feeling and if there’s a particular area you want to focus on (Eg, one week I mentioned I had a very stiff neck and she specifically spent time giving me movements that would help with this and that I could do at home too!)

Finn Baxter Kennedy My favourite gym hands down. Really friendly staff, great atmosphere and has everything you need. Quite small yet still has space for everyone. Never feels too small when youre working out. Would recommend and have recommended!

omgMMDD 2048 I’ve been attending the yoga classes at the gym regularly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The instructor is knowledgeable, encouraging, and create a welcoming environment for all skill levels. Each session leaves me feeling more relaxed, focused, and physically balanced. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my flexibility and overall well-being since starting. Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to improve both mind and body!
